‘Not all who wander are lost’. . . Thank goodness. I get lost a lot anyway, but if I got lost every time I wandered? I doubt people would see me much! My sister just came back home from Wyoming, and we spent a Sunday out around town taking pictures, before she had to go back to college. Our first stop may have been less interesting than our second, but no less fun.
This is one of my favorite books. Charlotte’s Web was the first chapter book I ever read. And now I have shelf after shelf of books. Including this one.
A college girl needs to keep her books about her. And maybe something a little harder than Charlotte’s Web.
Mom came with us, of course, so we all took turns taking pictures.
There may be links in this post that if you click and buy, will make me a small amount of money, which helps me with my blogging ambitions. Thank you!
Mom’s sandals, similar here: (In brown too, not just grey.)
Bethany’s, similar here:
Amalia’s, similar here: (In red, and other colors, also.)
And as I had brought some of my books, of course I would photograph them.
I won’t show you all of my book pictures. There aren’t lots, but there are more. Oh, okay, maybe just one more for you. . .
Then we moved on to. . . The Old Mill.
The mill is what our little town is named after. Sadly, now it has fallen into disrepair, and there probably is no way to restore it. But one can dream.
The mill. I love the mill. I don’t believe I’ve ever been down there before, though I have looked down there.
This little green guy made me happy. 🙂
. . . and since he made me laugh so much, Bethie had me go stand by him for a picture.
I hope your weekend was as great as mine!
