Week 28 — 365 Challenge

We’ve been traveling this week, to see my brother and his family. It’s been wonderful, full of games and coloring Andrew’s new Kickstarter book, lots of reading and playing with my niece, good food and coffee, and great fun all ’round. I started working on this post, as with Thursday’s post, at night when everyone was in bed or reading, so I wouldn’t miss out on games or coloring or reading books to Anee, but didn’t finish until this afternoon.

Day 190: Packing for the flight as well as the road trip!

Day 191: A pho lunch date with best friends and coffee with big brudder, then getting together for supper with big sis, brudder-in-law and fam is a pretty awesome way to start birthday week.

Day 192: “Home is the place where, when you have to go there, they have to take you in.” Who doesn’t love Robert Frost?

Day 193: Driving, driving, driving. . . snacks!

Day 194: The day we got here, a grand snow fight happened.

Day 195: My birthday! I had to get a photo of this giant apple we had, and Sweetpea was the perfect size to be in the picture with it. Also, Anya helped me color my first page. She took over for me whilst I drank my coffee.

Day 196: A perfect way to end the day. This is how I mark quotes I want to write down when I’m too tired, or the road is too bumpy, or something happens so that I can’t write them down while I’m reading.

Don’t forget the other 365ers in the line-up: Amy, Bethany and Sarah, plus Chef William, and Alice. We would love it if you joined in too–You can start at anytime, and encourage others to start too! 😉 Plus, if you want to join in blogging about it, leave your link!
