It’s been a crazy week, coming back to Nebraska after being in New Zealand. We spent two days in buses, cars, airplanes, airports, and lines. So many lines. I never want to stand in another line again. We stood in one line for over an hour, just inching forward barely. . . but one good thing came of it: I finished reading my book, standing in that line. Looking back on the last week we were there now–
Day 218: I just loved the patterns in the sand that the water made at the beach this evening.
Day 219: The view from the top of The Mount!
Day 220: Kiwifruit cheesecake and a flat white at a kiwifruit farm we visited.
Day 221: Sitting on the rocks by The Mount.
Day 222: An evening walk to the beach.
Day 223: Visiting a bookshop before heading to the airport!
Day 224: After two days on in airports etc., a night in the car, and a morning’s sleep. . . it’s good to be home.
Don’t forget the other 365ers in the line-up: Amy, Bethany and Sarah, plus Chef William, and Alice. We would love it if you joined in too–You can start at anytime, and encourage others to start too! 😉 Plus, if you want to join in blogging about it, leave your link!
